About the Role:

Senior Specialist – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and maintain
18-month rolling forecasts
for contracts and regions.
Collaborate with senior management to develop
operating budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
.
Perform
monthly analysis & reporting
on functional spend and forecast variances.
Support
strategic planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting cycles
.
Consolidate and standardize data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and resolving inconsistencies.
Communicate financial insights clearly to both finance teams and business leaders.

Must-Have Skills

Strong expertise in
Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis
.
Advanced proficiency in
MS Excel
(complex formulas, reporting, data modeling) & PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience with
financial/statistical software
and
SQL/databases
.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to visualize and present financial data using reports, charts, and dashboards.

Good-to-Have Skills

Power BI
experience for financial visualization & reporting.
Professional certifications like
CFA, CPA
are a plus.

Work Mode & Shift

Hybrid
: 3 days WFO, 2 days remote.
Shift Window
: 3 PM – 3 AM IST (US Shift).
