🚀 .NET Full Stack Developer | Hiring for a Leading Healthcare Product Company (Hyderabad | WFO) Experience: 5-9 Years Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full Time | Permanent About the Client: We are hiring for one of our prestigious clients — a fast-growing, US-based healthcare technology product organization with global presence and cutting-edge SaaS solutions. They specialize in transforming healthcare payments through advanced analytics, payment integrity, and network optimization solutions. The company has over 2400+ professionals globally, with a growing development center in Hyderabad. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain enterprise-level web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL Server . Design and develop RESTful APIs integrating front-end and back-end functionality. Work on cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure / AWS (Redis Cache, Azure Search, Logic Apps, AAD, Graph API & Application Insights). Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code following best design principles. Collaborate with teams for code reviews, design discussions, and client delivery. Interact directly with clients to gather requirements and ensure timely, high-quality solutions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends. 🎯 Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core with LINQ, C#, T-SQL/Stored Procedures . Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout.js ; knowledge of frameworks like Vue.js or Angular is a plus. Proficient in Azure or AWS cloud services (experience with Redis Cache, Azure Search, Logic Apps, AAD & Graph API is a strong advantage). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design . Experience with GIT / TFS for version control. Strong client interaction and delivery ownership.
