Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Statements of Margin
Ensure proper recording of Purchase, debit and credit notes on timely basis. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
Reconciliation of Margin reported vs actual.
VendorManagement:
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely reconciliation of ledgers. Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues or disputes.
Maintain a record of al terms of Trade.
Operational Efficiency:
Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures. Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Verifying the Margin as per terms of Trade and coordinates for closure.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financialsoftware and SAP (especially Excel). Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Attributes:
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamicwork environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Minimum 3- 5 years of progressive experience in managerial accounting, preferably within the retail sector.
Qualified Chartered Accountant/ MBA with outstanding academic credentials.
