Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

As a member of the FP&A function, your responsibilities will include preparing and coordinating the annual and quarterly planning cycles such as AOP and QOP, 2-3 year strategic plans, forecasts, and monthly close processes. You will be expected to conduct variance and trend analysis on data to identify discrepancies between actual, budgeted, and forecasted targets, and provide actionable recommendations based on your findings. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing and sales of commercial vehicles. Additionally, you will be tasked with building dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau, and creating financial scorecards for the leadership team. Your duties will also involve analyzing inventories, Net Working Capital (NWC), and Cashflow, as well as tracking and analyzing Capital Expenditure budgets and actual spending on a monthly basis. You will be expected to drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and collaborate on valuation, due diligence, and financial narratives as needed. As a key member of the team, you will partner directly with executive leaders and cost owners to provide financial insights and support. Your role will require you to leverage your modeling and analysis skills to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges and to conduct profitability assessments for unique lines of business to facilitate sound business decisions. While not mandatory, it would be beneficial to have a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting, and be a Qualified CA. Prior experience in financial planning and analysis, exposure to high-growth environments, and familiarity with the commercial vehicle manufacturing industry would be considered advantageous for this role.,
