Financial Planning and Analysis

We're seeking a Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team Member to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in budgeting, financial reporting, and tracking business performance, enabling data-driven financial decisions across the organization. Key responsibilities -

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Collaborate with business units to gather assumptions, assess risks, and align targets with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly performance dashboards and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and present deep insights to leadership.
• Act as a financial advisor to business units, providing decision support and strategic analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational performance.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, investment appraisal, and cost optimization.
• Utilize tools such as Data Lake, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems for reporting and analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting accuracy.
• Enhance automation and data integrity across financial planning cycles including DataLake.
• Support M&A, new business initiatives, and strategic projects with financial evaluation.

Qualifications -

• Chartered Accountants (CA) or B.Com graduates
• 2 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Produce accurate and timely budgets and forecasts.
• Generate valuable insights from variance analysis that have a material impact on business and costs.
• Deliver high-quality and relevant management reports.
