We're seeking a Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team Member to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in budgeting, financial reporting, and tracking business performance, enabling data-driven financial decisions across the organization. Key responsibilities - Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Collaborate with business units to gather assumptions, assess risks, and align targets with strategic goals. Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly performance dashboards and variance analysis. Analyze financial results, identify trends, and present deep insights to leadership. Act as a financial advisor to business units, providing decision support and strategic analysis. Work with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational performance. Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, investment appraisal, and cost optimization. Utilize tools such as Data Lake, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems for reporting and analysis. Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting accuracy. Enhance automation and data integrity across financial planning cycles including DataLake. Support M&A, new business initiatives, and strategic projects with financial evaluation. Qualifications - Chartered Accountants (CA) or B.Com graduates 2 to 7 years of relevant experience Produce accurate and timely budgets and forecasts. Generate valuable insights from variance analysis that have a material impact on business and costs. Deliver high-quality and relevant management reports.
