Qualifications - Chartered Accountants (CA) or B.Com graduates 2 to 7 years of relevant experience Produce accurate and timely budgets and forecasts. Generate valuable insights from variance analysis that have a material impact on business and costs. Deliver high-quality and relevant management reports.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the up time and stability of critical banking applications. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2/3 application and production support for digital payment systems, including UPI and retail banking platforms. Monitor application health, system alerts, and perform incident management to ensure minimal downtime. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and drive long-term solutions. Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution and change implementation. Document support procedures, run books, and incident reports. Ensure compliance with ITIL practices including incident, problem, and change management. Handle deployment activities, release validations, and post-production verification. Act as an SME for payment systems, and support audits and compliance-related activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8-11 years of experience in application support, production support, or IT operations. Hands-on experience supporting UPI platforms, retail banking applications, and payment gateways. Strong understanding of banking protocols and digital payment workflows. Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux commands, log analysis, and scripting (Shell/Python preferred). Good understanding of monitoring tools, incident tracking systems (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, ServiceNow). Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a strong sense of urgency. Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
