Role: FP&A Analyst for a Global Furniture Retail Company in Middle East Location : Based out of India working with HO Team in Middle East (Remote) Experience: 5-6 years in FP&A (a must) Job Description: The job involves working with numbers, financial planning, and data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on driving business performance through insightful financial analysis. Responsibilities: Preparing and analyzing MIS reports and financial dashboards. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Collaborating on AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and other critical activities. Streamlining reporting processes across functions. Handling large datasets and providing actionable financial insights. Requirements: CA/CFA/CMA/CIMA (must) Experience: 5-6 years in FP&A (a must) Experience or basic understanding of MIS and FP&A is preferred. Strong Excel and analytical skills.
