Role Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Python Developer to join our growing team in Hyderabad. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The focus will be on back-end development, though involvement in front-end tasks may also be required. Experience with Flask is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain components of a large-scale cloud-based application built on microservices architecture. Contribute to frontend development using React or similar frameworks when needed. Own and maintain system components built using Python (with a strong focus on Flask), Java, JavaScript, and Go. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code along with unit and integration tests. Integrate and manage third-party APIs with a focus on security and scalability. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy to cloud environments, especially AWS. Implement effective logging, monitoring, and alerting systems. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and other agile development practices. Qualifications and Skill: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development with mandatory experience in Flask. Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Flask (required) and Django (optional). Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and caching mechanisms like Redis. Familiarity with Celery for task queues and background job processing. Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Git, and API integrations. Proficient in cloud services, especially AWS. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture. Experience with logging and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, ELK Stack). Background in system design and handling large-scale applications. Experience working with SaaS platforms is an added advantage. Comfortable working in Agile environments with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
