Role Description This is a full-time Financial Officer role based in Jaipur. The Financial Officer will be responsible for managing financial statements, analyzing data, handling finance operations, preparing financial reports, and conducting effective communication within the organization. Financial Planning and Analysis: Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial models to support business objectives. Performance Analysis: Monitor financial performance against budgeted figures, identify variances, and provide explanations. Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making. II. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly/quarterly statements and year-end reports. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP), financial regulations, and company policies. Audit Support: Assist in the preparation for and completion of audits (statutory, internal, and tax). III. Cash Flow Management: Cash Flow Planning: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations. Bank Reconciliation: Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations and take corrective action on any discrepancies. Payment Processing: Process authorized payment batches and ensure timely vendor payments. IV. Collaboration and Communication: Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall organizational objectives.
