Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and execute the debt fundraising activities for our NBFC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and closing funding opportunities through various debt instruments to support business growth and liquidity management. Key Responsibilities: Debt Fundraising Strategy: - Develop and execute a comprehensive debt fundraising strategy in alignment with business needs. - Create a funding calendar to ensure proactive planning for liquidity requirements. Liaison with Lenders and Institutions: - Build and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and capital market participants. - Pitch to potential lenders and respond to information requests and due diligence queries. Fundraising Execution: - Source debt through term loans, working capital loans, NCDs and securitization. - Structure transactions, negotiate terms, and finalize documentation in coordination with legal and compliance. Credit Rating and Compliance: - Coordinate with rating agencies for credit assessments and periodic reviews. - Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal risk policies for borrowings. Monitoring and Reporting: - Maintain MIS and dashboards for borrowings, repayments, covenants, and interest obligations. - Monitor cost of funds and optimize capital structure through efficient borrowing. Strategic Inputs: - Provide inputs to management on market trends, borrowing costs, and funding options. - Work with business teams to forecast funding requirements based on disbursement plans. Key Requirements: - MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA with 510 years of experience in debt fundraising or treasury function in NBFCs or BFSI sector. - Strong network and relationships with lenders and financial institutions. - Hands-on experience in raising funds through term loans, NCDs, CPs, and securitization. - Deep understanding of RBI regulatory framework applicable to NBFCs. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in liability-side strategy development. - Exposure to capital markets and structured finance. - Familiarity with credit rating processes and financial modeling.

Senior Analyst - IB/PE Roles and Responsibilities: - Proficiency in Financial Modelling, including detailed 3-statement Forecasting, multiple scenario analysis, and Merger modeling. - Knowledge of Business Valuation concepts including DCF, trading comps, and precedent transactions. - Analysing company reporting documents to create detailed Investment Memos/Research Reports, CIM, PitchBook, etc. - Adept in reading and understanding financial reports, IPO prospectus, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, etc. - Craft effective search strategies and gather relevant information leveraging a broad set of resources. Utilize both secondary and primary research sources and techniques. - Communicate research results by creating structured end-products (memos, reports, presentations, etc. - Knowledge of databases such as CapIQ and FactSet. - Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills. Skill Set: - 3-6 years of experience working with Equity Research firms, Hedge Funds, Investment Banking firms, PE/VCs, etc. - Analytical, numerical, and deal support skills (particularly extensive Financial Modelling skills). - Ability to work/manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines. - MBA, CA, CFA, or an equivalent degree.

Primary Responsibility: - Credit analysis of financial instruments in the BFSI sector for Securitized Transactions - Financial analysis and ability to make financial projections, of the financial instruments - Analytical rigor in the presentations to the rating committees - Maintain excellent quality in the analysis and to be up-to-date on the market/industry information and suitable and need-based rating actions - Interact with company management, auditors, bankers, and other lenders and visit companies and factories as part of regular monitoring and data gathering. - To take ownership of the folio by carrying out regular surveillance, monitoring, and reviews every quarter/ material event basis, tracking the performance of the companies concerning macroeconomic changes, and handling internal and external audit queries. - Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures, regulations and policies. - Adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on analytical quality - Client interaction and managing good relations Competency / Skills: - Analytical expertise in the Securitized Transactions segment including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and industry knowledge. - Updated with the latest regulatory guidelines and circulars, especially in Structured Finance Products. - Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
