The role provides a unique vantage point to understand how the Venture Capital industry interacts with startups. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ingest, analyze, and structure tens of thousands of unstructured data points covering financials and key metrics. - Review company updates meticulously to interpret metric significance and grasp nuances in calculations. - Generate innovative ideas, benchmarks, and analyses to enhance data utilization by VCs. - Collaborate with Synaptics engineers and product managers to refine processes for analysis, security, and compliance. **Requirements:** - Previous experience with large financial data analysis teams and investors. - Familiarity with accounting principles, financial modeling, reporting, and analysis. - Deep understanding of key startup performance metrics, their definitions, calculations, and applications. - MBA in finance and/or CFA L1 and above and/or CA certification is advantageous.
