Job Description

St. Laurn Hotel, Koregaon Park

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the hotel’s Finance & Accounts team and oversee all financial operations.
Ensure accuracy in accounting, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely reporting.
Manage budgeting, cost control, audits, and cash flow planning.
Coordinate with department heads and management to align financial decisions with operational goals.
Maintain strong relationships with auditors, banks, and vendors.

Requirements:

Minimum
10 years of experience in the hospitality industry
, with prior experience heading hotel finance operations.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / IDS / Opera) and MS Excel.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Based in Pune;
this is a full-time, on-site role
.
