Financial Controller

We are hiring a Finance Controller who will play a pivotal role in strengthening our financial systems, driving audits, ensuring Ind AS compliance, managing banking relationships, and leading a high-performing finance team.

• Oversee the company’s Finance & Accounts function end-to-end
• Ensure accurate preparation, finalization, and reporting of financial statements
• Lead audit preparation and coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Drive timely and accurate MIS reporting for management
• Manage Ind AS compliance, tax filings, and statutory obligations
• Oversee ERP migration and continuous improvement of financial systems
• Prepare budgets, forecast, and support strategic decision-making
• Manage banking operations, including working capital facilities and credit lines
• Ensure strong documentation, controls, and regulatory compliance
• Build and lead a team of junior finance associates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and financial discipline

Requirement:

• Qualifications: CA, B.Com/M.Com or relevant degree.
• 10–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Experience in technology companies (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS and financial reporting
• Experience in finalization of accounts, audit preparation, and MIS reporting
• Exposure to ERP system migration
• Good understanding of Income Tax, GST, and ROC compliances
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ability to manage banking relationships and working capital facilities
• Experience handling multiple working capital lines
• Strong documentation and compliance skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior finance team members
