Job Description

As a Sales Director at St Laurn Hotels & Resorts, your role involves driving strategic sales efforts across St Laurn Koregaon Park, Pune and St Laurn - The Spiritual Resort, Shirdi. You will be based at the corporate head office in Pune, taking proactive steps to identify, solicit, and secure business opportunities while ensuring a seamless handover for operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Building Strategic Relationships to Drive Sales: - Collaborating with off-site sales teams for aligned efforts. - Nurturing existing client relationships and developing new connections through various sales channels. - Establishing a strong presence within the local and regional business community. - Maintaining open and value-driven relationships with key stakeholders. - Facilitating timely and accurate handovers to operations and event execution teams. - Leading Sales Operations: - Conducting joint sales calls with team members to close key opportunities. - Managing end-to-end booking processes from lead qualification to client communication. - Ensuring up-to-date records of client interactions and commitments follow-through. - Applying Market Intelligence and Customer Insights: - Identifying emerging market trends and competitive positioning. - Targeting viable opportunities based on demand, seasonal trends, and property-specific strengths. - Understanding the needs of core customer segments to tailor sales approaches. - Ensuring High Standards of Client Service: - Championing a service-driven sales culture in alignment with the brand values. - Cultivating long-term loyalty through consistency, reliability, and responsiveness. - Upholding service excellence standards throughout the client lifecycle. - Acting as a brand ambassador for all guest-facing interactions. - Collecting and analyzing client feedback for continuous service improvement. As a qualified candidate, you should have: - A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality sector. - Proven record of revenue generation and client acquisition.
