📌Role: Finance Controller (SaaS - Based Company) 📍 Location: Remote (India) 🏢 Industry: SaaS / Technology 📅 Experience: 10–13 years 🎓 Qualification: CA 🕒 Working Hours: Partial US time zone overlap required Budget - Maximum 35-40 LPA About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in India GAAP and US GAAP , experience working in a SaaS company operating in the US market , and a CA or CPA qualification with a strong background in audits, financial closings, due diligence, accounts receivable & payable, taxation, and statutory compliance. Required Work experience : 10-12 Years Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with India GAAP & US GAAP . Lead financial closings (monthly, quarterly, annual) and manage audits. Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements, including tax filings and regulatory reporting. Audit & Due Diligence: Lead internal and external audits , working closely with auditors and stakeholders. Support financial due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, fundraising, or other strategic initiatives. Accounts & Taxation: Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) functions. Manage direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, corporate tax, transfer pricing, etc.). Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in India and the US. Cash Flow & Financial Planning: Develop and manage cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability. Optimize working capital management and monitor financial risks. Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning . Operational & Strategic Finance: Implement financial controls, policies, and best practices to improve efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and growth. Support senior leadership with data-driven insights and financial decision-making. 5 key focus area – CA or CPA by qualification At least 8 to 10 years of experience Should have a SaaS accounting experience (as much as possible) Good working experience with US and India GAAP Hands-on person – not someone with large team management experience but someone who knows and is ready to do it himself Show more Show less
