📢 JustDeliveries is Hiring | Financial Controller – Mumbai We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Financial Controller to join our leadership team at JustDeliveries , a fast-growing B2B logistics company. If you love numbers, strategy, and the chaos of scaling a startup, this role is for you. 🧾 What you’ll do Own and lead finance strategy, accounting, compliance, and cash flow Build and manage internal controls and processes for a fast-scaling business Partner with the founder for fundraising, due diligence, and investor conversations Track and improve unit economics, route profitability, and cost optimization Oversee audits, GST, TDS, ROC, and regulatory filings Facilitate working capital loans and manage banking relationships Lead and grow a lean finance & accounts team 🎯 Who you are CA (mandatory) + MBA (preferred) 5-7 years in finance, ideally with a funded startup or growth-stage company Comfortable being a finance SPOC and working directly with founders Strong in financial modeling, compliance, and managing external audits Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate 💼 What we offer Competitive compensation ESOPs for long-term alignment An opportunity to build and scale the finance function at a high-growth logistics company 📩 Interested?
