Role Description

City Head – Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

🚛 Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify and onboard new F&B brands, cloud kitchens, dairy, bakery, QSR chains, and frozen product companies.

Own and drive revenue growth targets for the Ahmedabad cluster.

🤝 Transporter & Vendor Network Management

Build and manage a pool of reliable local transporters and reefer vehicle vendors.

📦 Operational Excellence

Manage day-to-day cold chain operations with focus on OTIF (On-Time In-Full) deliveries.

Monitor hub & spoke movements, route execution, and cold storage operations (if applicable).

Own key service metrics like delivery TAT, temperature compliance, and issue resolution.

👥 Team Leadership

Hire, train, and lead a team including operations executives, delivery partners, and support staff.

Ensure compliance to safety and temperature handling protocols.

Key Requirements:

·      Experience: 6–10 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations—preferably in cold chain, F&B logistics, or QSR delivery.

·      Network: Strong connect with Ahmedabad-based transporters, warehousing vendors, and F&B companies.

·      Proven ability to launch and scale city operations independently.

·      Understanding of FSSAI, cold chain compliance, and route planning.

·      Data-driven approach with basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and logistics tech platforms.

·      Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to hustle in a fast-growth environment.
