Position Title:

Role Summary:

Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit & Compliance

• Lead and ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end audit closures.
  
• Oversee statutory compliance, taxation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  

• Financial Operations

• Manage end-to-end

  Record to Report (R2R)

  and

  Procure to Pay (P2P)

  processes.
• Drive costing, margin analysis, and prepare accurate financial reports.
  
• Ensure robust internal controls and adherence to company policies.
  

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for cost optimization.
  
• Partner with leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, supply chain, and business units to align financial goals.
  
• Act as a finance business partner to drive performance improvement initiatives.
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Qualified

  CA

  with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in

  Financial Analysis and Controlling

  .
• Strong background in the

  manufacturing industry

  .
• Proficiency in

  SAP

  and

  advanced Excel

  .
• Expertise in costing, margin analysis, and financial reporting.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to manage deadlines, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
