We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable CCTV Executive to manage and monitor the CCTV systems across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in handling and maintaining CCTV equipment, such as cameras, DVRs (Digital Video Recorders), NVRs (Network Video Recorders), and IVMS (Integrated Video Management Software). Responsibilities Oversee and ensure the operational efficiency of CCTV systems across all branches, including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and IVMS software. Provide technical support for CCTV systems, including troubleshooting issues related to cameras, DVR/NVR devices, and IVMS software. Diagnose and resolve any technical malfunctions, including issues with recording, camera feeds, network connectivity, or storage systems. Manage and maintain DVR and NVR systems to ensure they are recording and storing video footage effectively. Ensure video footage is being recorded and stored securely and assist in retrieving footage as needed by branch management. Coordinate with branch managers to monitor and maintain CCTV systems across different locations. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in the CCTV field. Strong understanding of CCTV hardware (cameras, DVRs, NVRs), software (IVMS), networking principles, and video storage technologies. Good knowledge of computers is required, such as proficiency in MS office & Google sheets It is important to have good eyesight and hearing physically.
