Job Overview :

The Financial Controller will play a strategic role in partnering with senior leadership to create business plans aimed at optimizing revenue, cost efficiency, and profitability across all Group Companies. The role involves budgeting, treasury management, taxation, raising finance, and team leadership to achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning & Budgeting : Partner with leadership to create strategic business plans. Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Business Heads.
• Treasury Management : Monitor financial risks and market trends, providing insights to the CEO. Oversee cash flow, working capital optimization, and compliance with policies.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance : Direct accounting operations, including accounts payable/ receivable and general ledger maintenance. Ensure timely preparation and

analysis of financial reports (P&L, balance sheets).

• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide 8-11 team members, ensuring high performance. Delegate tasks effectively and evaluate team performance.

Qualifications

• Education

  : Chartered Accountant (CA)

• Experience

  : Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and ERP systems. Expertise in taxation and legal compliance.
