Role & responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Oversee preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of books of accounts in compliance with Ind AS, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Review balance sheets, P&L, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements (GST, TDS, income tax, audits, etc.).
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.
• Strengthen financial governance, documentation, and audit readiness.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

• Design, implement, and monitor robust internal control frameworks.
• Identify financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Ensure safeguarding of company assets and adherence to SOPs.

Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS

• Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and MIS for leadership review.
• Track budget vs actuals and highlight key risks and opportunities.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor and manage cash flows, working capital, and liquidity.
• Oversee banking operations, reconciliations, and fund utilization.
• Support financing activities, lender reporting, and covenant compliance.
