Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. Looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IND AS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
Maintain books of accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.
Analyze financial performance, prepare management reports, and present key insights to senior management.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.)

Qualifications

Proven experience in financial reporting under IND AS
Prior work as Financial Controller or in a similar capacity in Finance Industry.
Proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience managing a team is a plus.
