About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with strong expertise in Argus Enterprise and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) modeling to join our growing team. This role is central to our real estate investment strategy and offers an opportunity to work on high-impact projects across acquisitions, dispositions, and development initiatives.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed financial models, analyzing asset performance, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. If you have a background in real estate finance, investment banking, or equity research and are passionate about leveraging financial analysis to support strategic decisions, this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Argus Enterprise Mastery:

   Build, enhance, and manage complex financial models in Argus Enterprise to support cash-flow projections, asset valuations, and scenario planning for real estate assets.

• DCF Modeling:

   Construct and refine Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models to assess investment opportunities, forecast future cash flows, and evaluate asset performance under different assumptions.

• Reporting & Insights:

   Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations, translating technical analysis into actionable recommendations for senior management and clients.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with teams across acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects, providing specialized analysis to support strategic investment decisions.

• Performance Evaluation:

  Analyze investment performance using key metrics such as IRR, NPV, and Cash-on-Cash returns, and integrate these insights into Argus and DCF models.

• Continuous Improvement:

   Identify opportunities to improve modeling processes, enhance data accuracy, and increase efficiency in financial reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in financial modeling, with a focus on Argus Enterprise and DCF analysis.
• Strong background in real estate finance, ideally with experience in multifamily asset valuation.
• Prior exposure to equity research or investment banking is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel, Argus Enterprise, and financial modeling best practices.
• Solid understanding of real estate valuation, investment metrics, and portfolio analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
