Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting performance, and providing insights to help the business achieve its growth and profitability goals.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Build financial models to support business decisions and investment strategies.
Monitor business performance against targets and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct profitability, cost, and trend analysis across business units or projects.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards for management.
Collaborate with operations, sales, and product teams to understand financial impact of initiatives.
Provide insights on pricing strategies, cost efficiency, and capital allocation.
Support leadership in strategic planning and new business evaluations.
Ensure financial data accuracy in line with GAAP, Ind AS, or IFRS standards.
Support audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting.
Maintain documentation and adhere to internal controls.
