Financial Analyst

Job Description: Fairfest Media, the organizer of TTF, OTM and BLTM is an established leader in travel trade shows in India, serving governments and businesses from over 100 countries. Fairfest’s flagship travel event is OTM, which is well-recognised as India’s leading travel event and is the largest B2B travel show in the Asia-Pacific region. We are seeking a strategic and analytical Financial Analyst to join our leadership support team. The role is critical to identifying growth opportunities, assisting in the incubation of new business verticals, and evaluating potential strategic investments or acquisitions. You will work closely with senior leadership across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and areas for growth. Assist in the incubation of new business lines by evaluating feasibility, developing business models, and tracking execution. Support M&A and partnership initiatives by conducting financial and strategic due diligence. Analyze internal performance metrics and recommend data-driven strategies for optimization. Create presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to senior management. Coordinate cross-functional teams to support pilot programs and new initiatives. Monitor industry developments across media, events, travel, and technology to inform strategic planning. Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, or related fields Strong analytical and research skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience in conducting market research, due diligence, and business modeling Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and presentation skills A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and high business curiosity Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or postgrad preferred Show more Show less
