🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
  • Monitor company KPIs and provide actionable financial insights
  • Support budgeting and cost management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business planning
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial procedures
✅ Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    finance, accounting, or related analytical roles

  • Strong proficiency in Excel

    and financial modeling
  • Knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Fluent in English

    ; German proficiency is a plus
  • Based in Germany with the

    legal right to work full-time
