Job Description – Finance Project ManagerCompany: Della TownshipsLocation: Mumbai

Position Overview

Della Townships is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Project Manager to oversee the financial planning, execution, and monitoring of our Joint Venture Township Projects. The role involves conducting detailed financial analysis, preparing budgets and forecasts, reviewing project costs, and ensuring projects remain financially on track. The Finance Project Manager will collaborate closely with joint venture partners, senior management, and internal stakeholders to deliver financially viable projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis of joint venture township projects.
  • Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
  • Monitor expenditure and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Project Cost Management
  • Track and review project costs against budgets.
  • Recommend corrective actions for variances and implement cost-control measures.
  • Provide financial insights to support key business decisions.
  • Project Execution & Reporting
  • Report financial progress and forecasts to senior management and joint venture partners.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial statements.
  • Highlight risks, opportunities, and recommendations for project success.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, commercial, operations) for financial alignment.
  • Liaise with joint venture partners to ensure transparency and smooth execution.
  • Support financial aspects of JV agreements, negotiations, and project financing.
  • Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure financial activities comply with company policies, statutory laws, and JV agreements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and external consultants as required.

Minimum Qualification

MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / CFA or equivalent qualification.
