Position Overview

Process Lead – Accounts Receivable (AR)

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with

  US GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls

  in all AR-related activities.
• Work independently as an

  individual contributor

  , while collaborating cross-functionally with FP&A, Controllership, and Operations teams.
• Drive accuracy and timeliness in AR reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Utilize

  NetSuite ERP

  for AR process execution, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with external/internal auditors to ensure AR compliance and audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities for

  process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements

  .
• Support leadership in financial analysis related to receivables, aging reports, and cash flow forecasting.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience

  in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a Shared Services or corporate environment.
• Strong expertise in

  US GAAP, IFRS, and AR controls

  .
• Proven experience with

  NetSuite ERP

  (mandatory).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to other ERPs (MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Experience in professional services or Shared Services environment.
• Familiarity with process automation tools and reporting dashboards.
