Finance Process Lead

As a Process Lead - Accounts Receivable (AR) at Frontline Managed Services, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end AR processes with a strong focus on compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. Your expertise in NetSuite will be key in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous process improvement across AR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting. - Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls in all AR-related activities. - Work independently as an individual contributor, while collaborating cross-functionally with FP&A, Controllership, and Operations teams. - Drive accuracy and timeliness in AR reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics. - Utilize NetSuite ERP for AR process execution, reporting, and troubleshooting. - Partner with external/internal auditors to ensure AR compliance and audit readiness. - Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements. - Support leadership in financial analysis related to receivables, aging reports, and cash flow forecasting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a Shared Services or corporate environment. - Strong expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and AR controls. - Proven experience with NetSuite ERP (mandatory). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to other ERPs (MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.). - Experience in professional services or Shared Services environment. - Familiarity with process automation tools and reporting dashboards.,
