Finance Operations Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Associate to join our

Finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily finance operations, manage reconciliations,

and maintain key financial records and trackers. Prior experience in the tour and travel industry

will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily finance tasks including vendor coordination and transaction processing
• Perform daily reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Assist in preparing financial reports for internal use and audits
• Update and maintain operational trackers and dashboards
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Support process improvements and assist in audit readiness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, any related field or Semi-qualified CA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance operations or accounting.
• Prior experience in the tour and travel industry is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, especially working with multiple sheets, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reconciliation tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
