Customer outreach for renewals and repeat opportunities. Execute the sales plan by selling hardware, software, and AMCs to customers to realise personal sales targets. Increase awareness in the AV Channel. Lead generation and prospecting. Provide quotations in line with applicable pricing and other related commercial terms. Travel and regularly meet customers, system integrators, attend trade shows, corporate meetings, etc. Interface and provide regular sales forecasts and reports, and feedback on marketing and products/services to sales management. Qualifications:- College/University degree. Minimum 1 -3 years of field sales experience in Audio-Visual products. Able to communicate effectively with customers, distributors, partners, and consultants. Proven demonstration skills with technical products. Self-motivated with a proven track record of generating successful sales. Demonstrates good sales hygiene. Ability to take on a multitude of tasks, assignments, and responsibilities. We are hiring for our client, GLOMO (A fast-growing fintech company operating out of GIFT City.) They are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations Associate to join their high-performance team. If you have strong experience in accounting, reconciliations, AP/AR, and operational finance, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a rapidly scaling global finance environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily finance functions, including reconciliations, payment processing, ledger entries, and documentation. Aid in monitoring and logging cash flow activity across various accounts. Liaise with vendors, banks, and internal teams to track and support transaction workflows and query resolution. Accounting & Bookkeeping Support bookkeeping activities, including recording of journal entries, vendor invoices, and expense claims. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of trial balances and schedules. Contribute to financial statement preparation under guidance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. Compliance & Reporting: Support the maintenance of compliance checklists, regulatory filings (FEMA/IFSC-related), and assist in ensuring all activities meet legal standards. Prepare drafts of internal financial reports and MIS dashboards, and assist with external reporting as required. Collate necessary documentation and schedules to assist in internal and statutory audits. Data & Systems: Maintain financial databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy. Learn and utilise financial tools/software and accounting systems used by the finance team for efficient workflows. Skills: Proficiency in Excel and accounting/finance systems.
