only for real estate Verification of tax invoice with the supporting provided by the client  Analyze Sales MIS and provide summarized information regarding – sales done in the reporting period, trend analysis (volume & price achieved), registrations done, amount collected, etc.  Comment on the pricing achieved (including breakup between base price and additional charges) – highlight cases where the transaction price is an outlier  Review sales cancellation data and comment on the same (based on discussions with the Developer’s representative)  Review of Booking & Allotment letters issuance, Registrations status of sold units  Review of Cash flow for the project during the review period. Provide a summarized cash flow statement of the project – from the date of monitoring by consultant as well as for the reporting period (data to be provided by the Developer and consultant to review the same)  Compare and trace Sales MIS figures (collections) with the books of accounts and bank statements – highlight & comment on variances observed.
