Finance Manager – Qurist

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting: bookkeeping, ledger accuracy, reconciliations.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements & MIS reports.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Oversee cash flow, payments, banking operations, and working capital.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, audits.
Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial processes.
Support cross-functional teams (marketing, partnerships, ops) with data & insights.
Supervise junior finance/admin staff where applicable.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

High integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Solid understanding of accounting standards and compliance.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
