Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented NPD Associate to support the end-to-end development of new CBD-based wellness products — from concept to launch. You’ll work on market research, product trials, packaging, compliance coordination, and cross-team project management to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Research trends and identify product opportunities.
• Assist in formulation, packaging, and trials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, QA, and regulatory teams.
• Track timelines and ensure smooth product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Tech, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 1–3 years in product development (wellness/FMCG preferred).
• Strong research, organization, and collaboration skills.
