Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in New Delhi. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role includes monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial performance, and providing strategic recommendations to improve financial health. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with various departments to support overall business strategies.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a financial management role
