Finance Manager

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators.
• Provide financial forecasts, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely consolidation of accounts and MIS reporting for management.

2. Accounting & Compliance

• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws.
• Coordinate with auditors (internal & statutory) and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Maintain accurate accounting systems, ledgers, and financial documentation.

3. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

• Manage direct and indirect taxation including GST returns, TDS filings, and corporate tax compliance.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and local statutory laws.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and consultants for compliance matters.

4. Strategic Financial Planning

• Support senior management with financial insights for business strategy.
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, cost-saving measures, and financial risks.
• Develop internal financial controls and standard operating procedures.

5. Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, and operations for smooth financial coordination.
• Act as the point of contact for banks, auditors, and financial institutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
