Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our 3 branches and factory. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Tally, GST, cash flow management, fund flow monitoring, and MIS reporting. This role requires hands-on financial management and strong analytical ability to support business decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Operations

• Manage day-to-day financial operations across 3 branches and the factory.
• Oversee accounting processes including payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Tally and ensure timely updates.

GST & Compliance

• Handle GST filing, GST reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.

Cash Flow & Fund Flow Management

• Monitor daily cash flow and plan for working capital requirements.
• Prepare and analyse fund flow statements to support business decisions.
• Ensure adequate funds are available for daily operations.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare monthly and weekly MIS reports, including P&L, balance sheet, expenses, and variance analysis.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to management.

Branch & Factory Coordination

• Oversee financial processes of multiple branches and factory to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with branch heads and factory teams for smooth financial functioning.

Skills & Requirements

• 5–6 years of proven experience in finance or accounts management.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, cash flow, fund flow, and MIS reporting.
• Experience managing multi-branch financial operations preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end finance functions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or trading companies is a plus.
