Job Overview: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team as an Executive Accounts & Finance. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee day-to-day accounting, costing, compliance, and financial operations. This is a critical role ensuring financial integrity, cost control, and regulatory compliance for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records Monitor product costing, analyze variances, and recommend cost control strategies Prepare annual budgets, implement budgetary control systems, and perform variance analysis Monitor CAPEX budgets, and manage overdue payables and receivables Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws including GST, TDS, and Income Tax Handle tax assessments, notices, and appeals Coordinate and facilitate Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and finalization of accounts Generate and analyze Financial MIS reports for internal stakeholders and management review Ensure compliance with applicable legal and statutory requirements Job Requirements: Qualified CA with 1-2 years of relevant post-internship experience Experience in Manufacturing or Large Trading Companies is a must Proficient in Tally and ERP systems Strong knowledge of Taxation (Direct & Indirect) and Costing principles Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments Experience in team handling and a proactive approach toward team building Technical Skills: Solid grounding in accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, and financial reporting Experience with data mining, financial analysis, and MIS reporting Strong command of audit procedures, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation
