About the Role

We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to become the cornerstone of our back-office operations. This is not a routine accounting role. You will be entrusted with securing our financial foundation and building the systems that drive operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Director and have a clear path to heading integrated operations.

You Are the Right Fit If You Are

• A qualified CA Inter / CMA / or a seasoned Senior Accountant with expertise in Tally ERP and end-to-end financial management.
• Someone who finds satisfaction in correcting complex books, ensuring compliance, and creating order from chaos.
• Proactive and systematic, with an interest in using data and modern tools (AI, advanced Excel) to improve business processes.
• A clear communicator who can professionally interact with suppliers, customers, and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of accounting, finalization, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Reconcile and regularize all financial ledgers, ensuring audit-ready records.
• Design and implement financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze operational data to improve processes in procurement, inventory, and cost management.
• Act as the key point of contact for financial and operational coordination.

Skills & Qualifications

• CA Inter / CMA / M.Com with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial accounting.
• Expert-level proficiency in Tally (ERP 9/Prime) and advanced Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and corporate compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and a process-improvement mindset.
• High integrity, proactivity, and the ability to work independently.
