Job Description

A Finance Manager oversees an organization's financial health, ensuring profitability and stability. They analyze data, prepare reports, manage investments, and advise senior management on financial strategies. This role involves overseeing all aspects of financial operations, from budgeting and cash flow management to ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop budgets, forecast financial performance, and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare financial reports, ensure accurate accounting practices, and comply with relevant regulations. Investment Management: Direct investment activities, assess risk, and manage investment portfolios. Staff Supervision: Supervise and train finance staff, ensuring they meet performance standards and best practices. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure timely payments. Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to control expenses. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals. Financial Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
