As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between the customer and the brand you represent. Your responsibilities revolve around ensuring that every interaction point throughout the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective. Your primary goal as a Customer Experience Manager is to elevate customer satisfaction, instill brand loyalty, and encourage customer advocacy. Emphasizing that every interaction with customers presents an opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience, you aim to cultivate lasting loyalty and drive customer referrals to the business. It is essential to distinguish the roles of Customer Experience Managers from Customer Relationship Managers. While CRM focuses on managing customer information to boost sales and retention rates, CEM leverages insights derived from the customer experience to enhance the overall service quality and foster customer allegiance. The ultimate objective of CEM is to elevate the customer journey and establish enduring customer loyalty. Key metrics that you will focus on as a Customer Experience Manager include customer retention and the Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI). These indicators will guide your efforts in optimizing the customer experience and strengthening brand-consumer relationships. This is a full-time position offering benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a total work experience of 4 years preferred. The work location for this role is in person.,
