Key Responsibility Areas: • Need to regularly visit hospitals (institutions) on behalf of our clients/suppliers in order to keep smooth line of channel b/w the customer and the supplier. • Adept with the procurement procedure of the institutions and a rigorous follow up on the various business opportunities from concerned departments. • Keep the back-end office team informed on the upcoming tenders and working to reduce the time-frame of getting the sales recognized at the earliest. • Responsible for providing minimum technical support to customer who purchase our manufacturer's products. • In-depth knowledge of complex products, technology & solutions that helps the organization to identify client’s needs, sometimes even before the client is aware of them and pitching the same to them. • Facilitating a meeting b/w the customer (Hospitals) and the Clients (OEM) from time to time and ensuring to technically pursue the prospective customers for the benefits of our products, how the products are useful & why the products out-perform the competitors • During the transaction and post-sales, the role is to address any concerns or implementation glitches at customer end and try to get them fixed by informing the concerned OEM or by escalating the issue with upper management • Once the supply and installation are completed, follow up on the payments from the concerned authorities. Key Performance Indicators: • A fixed territory along with fixed number of suppliers will be assigned to you with 'X' Sales value in a year.
