Overview

Receptionist



Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely communication and redirection.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain the meeting room calendar, and coordinate logistics.
  • Oversee front-office supplies, documentation, and correspondence management.
  • Support the HR/Admin team with clerical and coordination tasks when needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the reception area at all times.



Requirements

  • Graduate with

    2–5 years

    of experience in front office, reception, or administrative support roles.
  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal

    skills.
  • Strong command over

    MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    and general office tools.
  • Polished, pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
  • Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality and composure under pressure.



Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in

    real estate, corporate offices, or hospitality environments.

  • Team player with an organized, detail-oriented attitude.
  • Positive demeanor and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.



Compensation

  • ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Performance-based incentives and benefits as per company policy.
