Job Description

  • Front Desk & Communication Management: Receive and distribute daily DAK, handle incoming calls, monitor reception emails, maintain intercom/mobile contact lists, and act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Administrative & Record Maintenance: Maintain administrative records, employee movement registers, and ensure accurate data management; perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
  • Travel & Accommodation Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel (air/rail), manage hotel bookings, and handle visa applications for employees through approved agents or directly.
  • Stationery & Office Support Services: Manage printing of visiting cards and stationery, arrange legal stamp papers, and handle notary-related documentation and monthly bill reconciliation.
  • Financial & Expense Handling: Manage petty cash for front-office expenses, reconcile company credit card transactions, and ensure proper accounting of administrative expenditures.
  • Coordination & Support Functions: Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth front-office, travel, and administrative operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
