This includes preparing product technical specifications, compliance certificates, and export documentation. You will need to coordinate with the production, QA, and R&D teams to ensure timely dispatch and product readiness. Additionally, you will assist in handling customer queries related to technical details, installation, and product usage. Your role will also involve preparing tender and bidding documentation for overseas markets and ensuring smooth coordination between logistics, sales, and customer service teams for export orders.
