Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM Data Management & Maintenance

Maintain and update all export-related customer, lead, and inquiry data in the CRM.
Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and consistently formatted.
Regularly clean and validate CRM records to remove duplicates or errors.
Keep detailed records for leads, contacts, accounts, shipments, and follow-ups.

2. Export Process Coordination

Manage CRM workflows specific to the export department — including lead tracking, order progress, and customer communication logs.
Support export documentation and follow-up processes through CRM tracking.

3. Reporting & Insights

Generate and share regular CRM reports for export sales performance, customer engagement, and pipeline tracking.
Provide actionable insights from CRM data to support management decisions.

4. System Administration & Optimization

Oversee backend CRM settings to ensure smooth data flow and integration.
Set up automation, reminders, and workflows relevant to export operations.
Collaborate with IT or CRM vendors to troubleshoot and enhance system performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
