Responsibilities 1) Patient registration: Registering patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records 2) Communication: Answering phone calls, resolving customer inquiries, and directing patients to the appropriate people 3) Coordination: Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency 4) Administrative tasks: Performing basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document filing 5) Housekeeping: Ensuring proper housekeeping arrangements and maintaining the reception area 6) Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of patient and doctor's information 7) Billing: Handling billing and payment records, and preparing customer bills 8) Insurance: Screening patient information and insurance eligibility, and reviewing insurance policies.
