Roles & Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate shared administrative resources (e.g., meeting rooms, equipment, common facilities). • Handle phone communications, including screening, transfers, and taking detailed messages. • Prepare, format, and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials. • Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing daily administrative tasks. • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems. • Provide general office support and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations. • Help onboard new hires as required, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and tools. Key Skills & Qualifications • Experience: Proven track record in administrative or executive assistant roles, with strong organizational abilities. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite—especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. • Interpersonal: Friendly, proactive, and efficient with a customer-service mindset. • Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly. • Professionalism: High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
