CTC: Up to ₹55,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Budget Manager to take charge of budgeting processes, ensure effective financial planning, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will be skilled in financial analysis, budget tracking, and reporting, with a strong understanding of budgeting principles and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budget Planning

• Develop and manage budgets for projects and programs.
• Ensure alignment of budgets with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

2. Financial Analysis

• Conduct variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

3. Financial Reporting

• Prepare and present budget utilization reports and summaries.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

4. Budget Tracking

• Maintain accurate budget registers and trackers.
• Identify and resolve budget discrepancies in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting processes, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,940.00 - ₹50,542.00 per month
