Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Compliance Manager with a strong foundation in financial management, statutory compliance, and accounting software operations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing day-to-day accounting processes, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and handling both accounts receivable and payable functions efficiently.Candidate must be from Chandigarh, Mohali, Patiala or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including reconciliations and timely payment/collection cycles.Maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books and Xero accounting software.Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.Ensure adherence to Income Tax and GST compliances.Learn, adapt, and maintain North American bookkeeping and payroll systems to support cross-border financial operations

Qualifications and Skills

Must be a CA, with a minimum.experience of 2-3 years in IT Service IndustryProficiency in Zoho Books and Xero.Strong knowledge of Income Tax and GST frameworks.Excellent command of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial models).Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong organisational skills.Eagerness to expand knowledge in international accounting and payroll standards.Interested candidates please share your resume at shveta.prakash@msitekus.com.
